Tater Tot Casserole

Crispy deliciousness

It’s crispy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Ground beef   (1 lb)
  • Garlic powder to taste 
  • Garlic salt to taste 
  • Cream of mushroom soup   (½ can)
  • Cheddar cheese   (1 ¼ cups)
  • Tater tots   (¼ bag)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F

  2. Brown the beef, drain

  3. Stir in garlic powder and salt

  4. Mix in cream of mushroom soup

  5. Grease the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan

  6. Add the meat mixture, making sure to keep it even in the pan

  7. Evenly add cheese atop the meat

  8. Place one layer of tater tots in straight rows covering the entire surface of the pan

  9. Cover the pan with tin foil

  10. Cook for 45 minutes

  11. Remove the foil, and put the pan back in the oven until the tater tots are golden brown (approximately 30 minutes)
