My version of Milwaukee Real Chili

This recipe is dead simple, but is delicious every time!
Ingredients
- Ground beef (1 ¼ lbs)
- Fresh onion finely chopped (¼ cup)
- Crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
- Diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- Chili powder (2 tbsp)
- Balsamic vinegar (¼ cup)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Allspice (½ tsp)
- Ground cayenne pepper (½ tsp)
- Cumin (1 tsp)
- Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
Instructions
Brown the meat and drain
Add the garlic, onion, and chili powder
Stir together and cook for a couple minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, apart from the noodles
Simmer for about an hour
When the meat heat has about 10 minutes left, boil salted water for the noodles
Cook noodles al dente
Stir the noodles into the meat
Serve with cheese and optionally sour creme on top
