My version of Milwaukee Real Chili
This recipe is dead simple, but is delicious every time!
Ingredients

| Ground beef | 1¼ lbs |
| Finely chopped fresh onion | ¼ cup |
| Crushed tomatoes | 28 oz |
| Diced tomatoes | 15 oz |
| Chili powder | 2 tbsp |
| Balsamic vinegar | 1/4 cup |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Allspice | 1/2 tsp |
| Ground cayenne pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Cumin | 1 tsp |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 tbsp |
Make It
Section titled: Make It- Brown the meat and drain
- Add the garlic, onion, and chili powder
- Stir together and cook for a couple minutes
- Add the remaining ingredients, apart from the noodles
- Simmer for about an hour
- When the meat heat has about 10 minutes left, boil salted water for the noodles
- Cook noodles al dente
- Stir the noodles into the meat
- Serve with cheese and optionally sour creme on top
